Manufacturing process:
• The core process of titanium metal powder filter element is powder metallurgy:
• Raw material processing: use industrial high-purity titanium powder (or titanium alloy powder) with purity ≥99.2% and uniform particles;
• Molding: through cold isostatic pressing process (pressure 800-1000MPa);
• Sintering: place the blank in a high-temperature vacuum furnace (1200-1300℃) for sintering;
• Post-processing: through mechanical welding, cutting and other processes to make filter elements of different specifications.
