Essential Materials: Copper Bronze Brass, Tin Bronze (CuSn10) powder
Sintered metal bronze powder filter is made of metal or alloy powders through forming and sintering processes to form a structure with crisscrossing internal channels that are interconnected. The porosity is usually controlled in the range of 30%-60%, and the pore size accuracy can reach 1-100 microns.
The porous bronze metal powder sintered filter achieves pore size uniformity through spherical powder classification technology, with a retention rate exceeding 99.5% for particles larger than 20μm, significantly improving fluid cleanliness. Withstanding temperatures of 300°C, a pressure differential of 15MPa, and acid-base media (pH 2-12), it is indispensable in applications such as petrochemical catalytic cracking and molten metal filtration. After 20 cleaning cycles, the initial resistance increases by only <8%, and its lifespan is 3-5 times that of traditional filter elements.
